Fulfillment policy
This document will aid you to determine how we, Apps Do Wonders LLC, a Dallas based limited liability company (“Apps Do Wonders”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) fulfill orders placed by “you” the customer, concerning the licensure of ChatGPT for Excel and ChatGPT for PowerPoint (our “add-ins” or “Service(s)” as required).
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this document. By making a payment, you indicate that you have read this document and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this document.
At Apps Do Wonders, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about our add-ins and the services we provide very seriously. This document informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for licenses purchased on our website or from Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint add-ins. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for a refund.
Delivery Policy
At Apps Do Wonders, we provide virtual products and license access to our Service. Provided you are fulfilling your user obligations set forth in our Terms and End User License Agreement, you are given a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use our add-ins on any supported device that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in Microsoft AppSource’s Terms of service. We deliver access to our add-ins via the email address provided by you at the time when you are subscribing to our Services.
30 Day Money-Back Guarantee
The time limit for our 30 days money-back guarantee starts when you place the order. If for any reason you decide our add-ins aren’t for you within 30 days of your purchase, just send us an email and we will issue you a refund. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used.
Refund Policy
The following apply for refund requests outside our 30 days money-back guarantee:
- All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds unless the service has not been performed (See Technical Error below). - No Returns or Exchanges
We do not offer any kind of returns or exchanges.
The following equally apply if:
- you received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the service;
- you were aware or notified of any problems with the service before making a purchase;
- you did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it;
- you received access to the add-in and failed to report your inability to access the add-in within 7 days from the date of the receipt (See Technical Error below).
Refunds will be processed within 7 days and we do not provide refunds for used AI cCredits (refills). For currency conversions, refunds will be made in the currency in which you paid. We accept no responsibility for any loss or gain arising from changes in exchange rates between the time of order and the time of refund.
If you have not received a refund within 14 days of us notifying you that your refund has been issued, please double check your bank account, and contact your bank or credit card company. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Chargebacks
You agree to contact us prior to raising a request for a chargeback or any dispute with your bank or card issuer in relation to any purchase. If you make a payment through and later dispute a legitimate charge by raising a chargeback without merit or legitimate reason (as determined in our sole discretion), whether fraudulently or otherwise, then we reserve the right to blacklist you by providing compelling evidence to refute your invalid chargeback request and or pursue legal action as the case may be.
How to make it a complaint
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must contact us stating your complaints and we will immediately verify your complaints. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
